Charitable fund “RePower Ukraine Foundation” announces a tender for the provision of services for the development of the “Community Energy Transition Concept to Renewable Energy Sources by 2050” for the Mena and Sosnytsia communities in the Chernihiv region. This project is part of the “Renewable energy sources for the sustainability of Ukraine” initiative, implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Government.

Project Objective:

The project aims to assist Ukrainian communities in creating decentralized renewable energy systems for self-production and consumption. These systems will be implemented in various public buildings (schools, hospitals, kindergartens, homes for the elderly) and critical infrastructure facilities (water and heat supply enterprises).

Deadline for Submitting Tender Proposals: 23:59, September 11, 2024

Requirements for the Contractor:

  • Experience with Ukrainian energy and climate legislation.
  • Experience in legal work related to developing and analysing documents in renewable energy implementation, either independently and/or as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in writing legal analytical documents independently and/or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working with local authorities and/or communities/public is an asset.
  • Ability to process data, summarize, and clearly describe the results.

  • Please send a proposal that includes a commercial offer, information on previous experience with similar projects, and compliance with the terms of reference.
