Dear solar PV systems designers,

We invite you to participate in a tender for the design services of the rooftop PV plant for self-consumption and a backup power system for the resuscitation department of the Brovary City Clinical Hospital, based on the criteria outlined below:

  1. Location of the facility: 14 Tarasa Shevchenko Street, Brovary, Kyiv region.
  2. Scope of work: to be determined by the design task.
  3. Project design stage: single-stage, “conceptual design”.
  4. Before designing, involve a certified professional and provide a report on the technical inspection of existing building structures’ condition and load-bearing capacity to determine their suitability for installing equipment, including determining permissible additional loads.
  5. Requirements for the designer:
    • Experience in designing rooftop solar PV systems for at least 3 years (including municipal enterprises);
    • Possession of a qualified engineer’s certificate.
  6. Work completion period: 10 working days from the contract signing date.
  7. Submission of proposals:
    • The final deadline for tender proposals from participants: by 09:00 on January 26, 2024;
    • Proposals must include the cost of work and the timelines for their completion;
