RePower Ukraine Charitable Foundation announces a tender for the procurement of legal services in the city of Kyiv for the project “Renewable Energy for a Sustainable Ukraine”. This project is executed by GIZ on behalf of the German Government.

Project Objective: assist Ukrainian communities in establishing decentralized renewable energy systems for self-production and consumption. These systems will be implemented in various public buildings (schools, hospitals, kindergartens, elderly care homes) and critical infrastructure facilities (water and heating supply enterprises).

Deadline for submission of tender proposals: until January 5, 2024.

Details of the services provided by the Participant:

  1. Provision of comprehensive legal support for the project involving the construction of Renewable Energy Facilities in 16 communities in Ukraine and the issuance of subgrants to 3 non-governmental organizations.
  2. Analysis and preparation of legal documents (contracts, tender documents, memoranda, agreements, certificates, letters, requests, petitions, etc.).
  3. Preparation and oversight of the execution of contracts and agreements, handling claims and litigation within the project implementation framework.
  4. Provision of legal consultations and written opinions to the project team.
  5. Conducting negotiations, participating in meetings, conferences, etc.

The term of providing legal services is from January 8, 2024, to November 30, 2024.

The determination of the tender winner will be carried out through the examination and verification of the proposals submitted to ensure compliance with the conditions outlined in the tender documentation.

Preference will be given to the Participant whose proposal meets the criteria specified in the tender announcement and offers the lowest price, provided they meet the necessary qualifications as a supplier.

The tender organizer will email the tender results to participants within three working days after deciding the winners.
