RePower Ukraine Charitable Foundation is currently seeking a qualified accountant or accounting company to provide accounting services for the project “Renewable Energy for a Sustainable Ukraine”. This project is executed by GIZ on behalf of the German Government.

Project Objective: assist Ukrainian communities in establishing decentralized renewable energy systems for self-production and consumption. These systems will be implemented in various public buildings (schools, hospitals, kindergartens, elderly care homes) and critical infrastructure facilities (water and heating supply enterprises).

Responsibilities:

  1. Record financial transactions and prepare financial and tax reports.
  2. Submit reports to relevant authorities and regulators in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
  3. Develop and prepare budgets for projects, submit funding requests based on approved budgets.
  4. Monitor proper and optimal use of grant funds, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
  5. Report to the grantor according to approved forms, prepare documents upon grantor’s request.

Participant Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant.
  2. Intermediate level of English (readiness for an interview).
  3. Knowledge of Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation.
  4. Possession of necessary certificates and licenses.
  5. Willingness to work online and provide timely reporting.
  6. Experience in the construction or installation field is an advantage.

Service Period:

  • From January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Tender Submission Procedure:

Participants must submit their proposals, including resumes, portfolios, and commercial proposals, to the email address office@repowerua.org by 23:59 on December 27, 2023. The email subject should be “Tender Proposal for Accounting Services.”

Attention!

Payment for services will be made via bank transfer to the Contractor’s account after the Client accepts the provided services based on the signed service report each month.

Additional Notes:

  • The participant acknowledges that the tender organizer may request additional documents or information to confirm compliance with the tender requirements.
  • The participant understands and agrees that the tender organizer may reject the proposal if other participants’ proposals offer more favorable conditions. The organizer is not limited to accepting any other proposal with more favorable conditions or rejecting all participants.
  • The participant is responsible for all associated costs related to preparing proposals for this tender.

In case of an insufficient number of proposals, RePower Ukraine Charitable Foundation reserves the right to extend the tender. Additionally, to ensure an adequate number of participants, the organizer may engage in direct negotiations with potential participants. Notice of the tender extension will be posted on the organization’s website.
