Dear Participant,
The Charitable organization “REPOWER UKRAINE FOUNDATION” is looking for a qualified accountant or an accounting company to provide accounting services within the framework of the “Renewable Energy for a Sustainable Ukraine” project, implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Government.
The goal of the project is to help Ukrainian communities in creating decentralized renewable energy systems for their own production and consumption. They will be implemented in various public buildings (schools, hospitals, kindergartens, homes for the elderly), as well as in critical infrastructure facilities (water and heat supply companies).
Task:
- Accounting of financial transactions and preparation of financial statements and tax statements.
- Submission of reports to relevant bodies and regulators in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
- Development and preparation of budgets for projects, formation of funding applications in accordance with approved budgets.
- Control over proper and optimal use of grant funds in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Reporting to the grantor in accordance with the approved forms, preparation of documents at the request of the grantor.
Requirements for the Participant:
- Work experience as an accountant for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (willingness to pass an interview).
- Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation of Ukraine.
- Availability of necessary certificates and licenses.
- Willingness to work online and report on time.
- Experience in construction or installation is an advantage.
- Location: Kyiv.
Service Period:
- From April 9, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
Tender Submission Procedure:
Bidders should submit their proposals, including CV, portfolio and commercial proposal, to the email address: office@repowerua.org by 23:59 on April 5, 2024. The subject of the letter should be “Tender offer for accounting services”.
WARNING!
Settlements for the rendered services will be made by cashless transfer of funds to the Contractor’s account after the Customer accepts the rendered services on the basis of signing the act of rendered services every month.
Additional Notes:
- The participant of this open tender must be aware of and agree with the fact that the Tender Organizer has the right to request from the participant additional documents and/or information that confirms the compliance of individual provisions of the documents with the requirements and conditions of this tender announcement.
- The participant of this open tender, by submitting documents for participation in the general procedure, confirms his understanding and agreement that the Tender Organizer may reject his tender offer in the event that the offers of other participants contain more favorable terms, and that the Tender Organizer is not limited in accepting any other offer with more favorable conditions, or refusal to all participants.
- The Bidder understands and accepts that all associated costs related to the preparation of proposals for participation in this tender are solely the responsibility of the Bidder and cannot be compensated by the Charitable organization “REPOWER UKRAINE FOUNDATION”.
In the event that a sufficient number of proposals are not received from the Participants, the Charitable organization “REPOWER UKRAINE FOUNDATION” reserves the right to extend the tender. In addition, to ensure a sufficient number of participants, the Organizer may conduct direct negotiations with potential Participants. Notice of the tender extension will be posted on the organization’s website.
Your proposal should include information about your experience and qualifications, in particular, indicate previous projects where you provided accounting services, as well as your price proposal for the work.
