RePower Ukraine Foundation continues to improve healthcare infrastructure in Ukraine, providing much-needed energy backup equipment. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to SOS Malta Voluntary Organisation for their generous donation to the Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital of Intensive Care. This contribution will significantly enhance the hospital’s capabilities and enable them to provide care to patients during power outages or blackouts.
The Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital of Intensive Care, located in Pokrovsk City, plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by providing specialized care to critically ill patients in the war-affected region. To ensure the uninterrupted provision of essential medical services, the hospital requires reliable and stable power supply solutions.
With financial support from SOS Malta, the RePower Ukraine Foundation has been able to acquire three single-phase voltage stabilizers and six portable power stations with a capacity of 1075.2 W/h for the Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital of Intensive Care. This critical equipment will greatly contribute to maintaining stable voltage levels and ensuring a continuous power supply to vital medical equipment within the hospital, such as ventilators, monitors, and life-support systems.
The single-phase voltage stabilizers will act as safeguards against voltage fluctuations and power surges, protecting the delicate electronic components of the hospital’s medical equipment. By regulating and maintaining a consistent voltage level, the stabilizers will significantly minimize the risk of damage and prevent any potential disruptions in patient care.
Furthermore, the portable power stations will serve as reliable backup power sources, ready to provide immediate electricity supply during unforeseen power outages or emergencies. Their high capacity ensures an extended period of uninterrupted power, allowing medical staff to continue delivering essential care without interruption and ensuring the well-being of patients who rely on critical medical devices.
