Through her exceptional leadership, she spearheaded an initiative that equipped Ukrainian doctors with essential energy equipment. This equipment has enabled them to effectively save the lives of wounded individuals in their care.
In regions near the front line, access to basic amenities like electricity poses a formidable challenge, severely hindering the crucial work of medical professionals. Recognizing this pressing need, we embarked on a fundraising campaign to address the issue.
Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our donors, we were able to procure and deliver a portable solar battery, charging station, flashlight-spotlights, and surge-protected extension leads to the dedicated Igor Belkin surgical team. This equipment has become the lifeline for the team, enabling them to provide vital surgical services at a mobile field hospital located just 10 km away from the front line.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all our benefactors, particularly the kind-hearted individuals from the Scottish islands. Every contribution, regardless of its size, has significantly increased the chances of providing help to the wounded and saving precious lives.
Looking ahead, our fund envisions scaling and expanding our activities to establish energy-independent infrastructure.
