We invite you to participate in a tender for the installation and commissioning works for a solar power station at Hospital No.17 in Kharkiv, located at 195 Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue.

Project Details:

  1. Object: Installation of a rooftop solar power station with smart metering functionality
  2. Location: 195 Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue, Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast
  3. Scope of work:
  • Installation of mounting systems on the roof
  • Installation of solar modules
  • Installation of electrical equipment and inverters
  • Connection of the system to the hospital’s electrical grid
  • Technical maintenance and commissioning works
  • Provision of a 2-year warranty on the performed work
  1. Supplier requirements:
  • Experience in the installation of solar power stations for at least 3 years
  • Possession of relevant certificates and licenses
  • Ability to provide references from previous projects
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work with internal networks
  1. Proposal submission:
  • Interested suppliers must submit their proposals in written form on official letterhead, providing a detailed description of the proposed services, cost estimate, and proposed timeline for completion of the work, according to the equipment list provided
  • Proposals should be sent to ceo@repowerua.org no later than 9:00 AM on June 5, 2023

  1. Supplier selection:
  • Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria including price, experience, qualification, company registration location, and project completion timeline
  • The contract will be awarded to the most suitable supplier based on the tender results
  1. Project completion timeframe: 30 working days from the date of contract signing
  2. The equipment will be provided by the client
