Solar Start: educational course for veterans and IDP

- The educational course was developed by the RePower Ukraine Charitable Foundation to provide participants with relevant competencies in the field of designing and installing PV plants.
- It’s tailored for war veterans and those who have been displaced due to conflict (IDPs). We’ve designed it to be inclusive, welcoming individuals with various needs, including those with concussions or amputations. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and successful learning experience for all.
- Learning format: online and offline (4 days of practical classes in the training center for Solar PV Installers are planned).
- Requirements for candidates: experience in energy or related fields, preferably with an engineering degree.
- For those who have successfully passed the selection process, the course is free of charge. Duration of training is 16 weeks.
- Application submissions are closed.
What will the course attendee receive?
- Current knowledge and skills required for employment in companies specializing in the design and installation of PV plants.
- Certificate and employment assistance upon successful completion of the training program and passing tests.
- Psychological support from a team of professionals.
