Bring Solar Energy to Ukraine’s Hospitals
Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure continue, putting hospitals at risk. These strikes are especially devastating for frontline communities like Slobozhanske, where power outages threaten access to medical care. But we can protect local residents by installing a solar power station at the hospital.
With solar energy, the hospital will no longer depend on the central grid, ensuring doctors can provide life-saving care even during blackouts. Every contribution helps bring energy security to those who need it most.

“Give me at least some kind of solar power system, I don’t want to have to do the headlight surgery again”
an anonymous doctor to whom we provide emergency energy supply.

about repower ukraine
RePower Ukraine Foundation was founded by Ukrainians to tackle the energy challenges caused by Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Our Impact on Ukraine’s Energy Resilience:
- 100+ critical energy requests fulfilled for hospitals & municipalities
By providing essential energy equipment such as voltage regulators, solar panels and battery storage, we ensure that hospitals and local governments can maintain operations during power outages, enhancing their resilience in times of crisis. - 10 solar power plants installed at hospitals and water utilities
These solar installations provide a stable and renewable energy source, reducing reliance on unstable grids and costly diesel generators. This ensures uninterrupted medical services and clean water supply, even during blackouts or emergencies. - 7 delivered projects supporting the green energy transformation of communities
Through our green transition initiatives, we have developed renewable energy transition concepts for communities and conducted solar potential assessments for municipal buildings. These initiatives enable local governments to plan and implement sustainable energy solutions, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and strengthening resilience against energy disruptions. - 5 webinars and workshops conducted for teenagers in 5 local communities
These educational programs equip young people with knowledge about renewable energy, fostering a new generation of energy-conscious leaders. Increased awareness and skills contribute to long-term energy sustainability in their communities. - 3 training programs implemented, empowering veterans & IDPs with solar energy skills
Providing training programs for veterans and internally displaced people, equipping them with skills in solar energy. This program helps veterans recover from their wartime experiences and integrate into civilian life while also producing skilled specialists who accelerate Ukraine’s green transition through their work
We have megawatts of successfully implemented projects behind us.
