Due to the lack of a minimum number of applications, the Charitable fund “RePower Ukraine Foundation” announces the extension of the tender for the installation of a ground-mounted solar power plant for KP “Donets”, located in Donets village, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region.

  • Start of proposal submission: May 23, 2025

  • Deadline for submissions: 23:59, June 06, 2025

  • Deadline for completion of works: July 15, 2025

The cost will be calculated based on the proposals submitted by participants (including all taxes, duties, and mandatory payments).
Please note: The total cost must include equipment, goods and materials, and installation works. The contractor must take an active role in the commissioning of the solar power plant and is responsible for the technical aspects of the plant’s launch.

The scope of work (services) includes:

  • Procurement and transportation of equipment, goods, and materials to the installation site;

  • Installation of the solar power plant;

  • Grounding works for the solar power system;

  • Lightning protection works;

  • Commissioning works;

  • Setup of the solar energy generation monitoring system;

  • Other necessary works and services as specified in the project.
